How we price, and what you are signing up to.

carmen is a monthly subscription per terminal, in euros. iLEAN is an industrial deployment and is priced per project. We quote both on the real shape of your operation rather than a list price, and we put the billing terms below in writing before you commit to anything.

Subscriptions are quoted per terminal per month, in euros and excluding VAT. Tell us how many terminals and sites you run and we will send you a figure — along with anything the roll-out needs on top, so there are no surprises later.

Billing terms in plain language

  • Currency. All prices are in euros (EUR). Your card or bank statement will show the name Gestión Global de Recursos de Software España S.L.
  • VAT. Prices are quoted excluding VAT. Spanish VAT at 21% is added for customers in Spain. EU business customers with a valid VAT number, and customers outside the EU, are invoiced under the applicable rules.
  • Billing cycle. carmen subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, on the same date each month, and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that.
  • Price changes. We give at least 30 days' notice in writing before any change to your subscription price, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
  • What is not included. Data migration from another system, on-site installation and bespoke development are quoted separately and invoiced once, not as part of the subscription.

Before you commit.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. We run a demonstration on your own figures rather than a canned demo, and we can set up a trial installation. Ask us and we will arrange it.

What happens to my data if I leave?

It is yours. On request we export your data in a standard format before the account is closed. See the terms of service for the retention period.

Do I need new hardware?

Usually not. carmen runs on standard touch terminals and on ordinary PCs. We check your existing equipment during the scoping call.
