iLEAN is an industrial AI platform that takes classical Lean methodologies off paper and turns them into a single system fed by real-time data from the plant. GR Soft distributes, deploys and supports it.
The idea
Lean did not fail. The paper did.
Most factories already run 5S audits, Kanban boards, TPM routes and changeover studies. The methodologies work. What breaks is the record: a clipboard on a machine, a spreadsheet on someone's desktop, a photo on a supervisor's phone. By the time the data reaches a meeting it is a week old and nobody trusts it.
iLEAN keeps the methodologies exactly as they are and replaces the paper with live capture. The audit, the board, the maintenance route and the changeover timing all write to the same system, in real time, from the shop floor.
It is deliberately not an ERP replacement. iLEAN sits alongside the systems you already run and integrates with them, which is what makes it possible to deploy without stopping production or rewriting your master data.

Photographs, voice notes, email and WhatsApp messages are captured and attached to the right asset, shift and methodology instead of living in someone's phone.
Computer vision on the line
Real-time vision on the production line detects conditions and events directly, which is what makes automatic SMED timing and Poka-Yoke detection possible.
