carmen TPV
The point of sale itself: tickets, payment methods, table or counter service, and the speed a till needs at the busiest hour of the day. Designed for touch terminals, usable on a keyboard when that is faster.
carmen is a commercial management system built around the point of sale. It issues the ticket, keeps the stock straight and produces the invoice — without three different programs and a USB stick in between.
The point of sale itself: tickets, payment methods, table or counter service, and the speed a till needs at the busiest hour of the day. Designed for touch terminals, usable on a keyboard when that is faster.
The back office: invoicing, customers and suppliers, purchase orders, price lists and stock. It works from the same data as the till, so the numbers in the office match the numbers at the counter.
The integrated version, supporting both touchscreen and traditional interfaces across multiple terminals and sites — for businesses that outgrew a single till.
The point of carmen is not the feature list, it is what stops landing on the owner's desk. Repetitive administration gets automated so the time goes back into running the business.
carmen is configured per sector rather than sold as one generic till. These are the kinds of business it is set up for.
carmen is sold as a monthly subscription per terminal. Setup, data migration from your current system and staff training are quoted separately, because they depend entirely on what you are moving from.
