GR Soft Industrial & business software
Company

Engineering that has to survive contact with a factory floor.

GR Soft builds, connects and supports business-critical software for manufacturers, retailers and service companies — and develops two platforms of its own, iLEAN and carmen.

What we actually do

Our work falls into two halves that feed each other. The first is project work: bespoke development, systems integration and the ongoing support of applications in production — including systems we did not write.

The second is our own products. Two of the problems we were asked to solve most often became platforms: iLEAN for industrial operations and carmen for commercial management. We develop, licence, deploy and support them ourselves.

The two halves are not separate businesses. What we learn deploying the platforms in real plants and real shops is what makes the project work realistic, and the project work is what keeps the platforms honest about how companies really operate.

How we work

  • One point of contact. The person who takes your call has access to your installation and your history. No ticket routing between companies.
  • We say no. If we are a poor fit for what you need, we would rather tell you at the first meeting than at the third invoice.
  • Deployment is the project. Licensing is a formality; configuring a system around how your business actually runs is the work we plan and price.
  • We integrate, we do not replace. Most clients already run an ERP or a till system. Our job is usually to make things talk to each other.
  • We stay. Most of our revenue comes from clients we have supported for years, which is only possible if the software keeps working.
Where we work

Three markets, one team.

We serve customers across Europe, the United States and Latin America, and we invoice in euros and in local currency where the arrangement calls for it. Support is delivered remotely and in Spanish and English.

Europe

Industrial clients on the manufacturing side and hospitality, retail and services on the commercial side, from single sites to multi-plant groups.

United States

Industrial deployments and engineering work, with the platform and support model adapted to local operating requirements.

Latin America

A long-standing market for us across the region, with pricing and billing handled in local currency where that is what works for the customer.
